All of Debbie’s learning sessions are interactive, and she utilizes and models strategies for a high level of engagement and community. In addition, Debbie draws from multiple exemplary authors, videos, podcasts, articles and texts to provide learning that is tailored to the unique needs of her groups. Group size may vary from 4 people to 80, and many sessions are easily presented virtually or in person.

 

Live Well, Lead Strong--The Series:   In five sessions, leaders will examine practices of reflection and  intentionality, becoming highly aware of their own values and beliefs.  They learn to align their values with their actions, nurturing trust and maintaining courage and integrity in their leadership.  Topics include leading during times of significant change, developing habits of  resilience, and managing time through setting boundaries.  Ideas, protocols and strategies will be provided so leaders can transfer this work to their own practice.

Educator Wellbeing:  This three-part series offers 7 Strategies to Buffer Ourselves From Burnout, The Connection Between The Science of Hope and Learning, and Supporting Your Strong Team.  Leaders are offered practical ideas to share with their teams to powerfully shape a positive  culture in their own organizations.

Leverage Leadership series:  Five sessions are focused on Paul Bambrick-Santoyo’s book of the same name, helping leaders to develop their skills for conducting frequent “mini- observations”  and holding rich feedback conversations that impact teacher’s practice.  Skills for holding unique and individual conversations with teachers depending on their will level and skill level will be shared, as well as strategies for offering high support and high accountability for teachers no matter where they are in their career path.  

Skillful Feedback and Difficult Conversations: Participants will be equipped with strategies and protocols for offering impactful feedback, learning to differentiate and individualize feedback for optimal performance. In addition, leaders will learn and practice a protocol to assist in planning and skillfully holding difficult conversations when they’re warranted. This series has been one of the most requested, as leaders often are challenged in this area and are grateful for the format and ideas presented that they can easily adopt.
